Mustang Stampede

This is a flat and fast one mile course located at the 'Picnic Loop' at Memorial Park. There is ample parking and light refreshments provided.  All proceeds will go towards the renovation of the Memorial Elementary School Library.

Heat 1: Thoroughbreds

Competive athletes will kick us off. This one is for the runners who want to target a personal best in a flat and fast one mile loop. It will be timed and prizes for the top male and female runner.

Heat 2: The Herd

Do you like occasional running? Join the herd. This heat is for anyone who just want to get out, have a great time and support our local elementary school!

Heat 3: Foals and Fillys

Kiddos get a turn! This heat will be broken into appropriate age groups and prizes awarded to top three finishers. For each kid who runs, a book with a sticker with their name will be donated to the Memorial Library.

Heat 4: Horse and Carriage

Is your foal not ready for a solo run? Here's your chance to run together. This heat is for the mom/dads who want to see how fast they can go pushing that stroller along.

Each participant will receive a runners swag bag. We will also provide light refreshments with support from HEB.

VOLUNTEERS: If you choose not to run but would like to help out, please volunteer for the event. Reach send a note to info@liftmemorial.org. We will need extra hands from 7-11am. Thanks in advance!
